Job summary

Intermountain Health's St Vincent Regional Hospital in Billings, MT is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join the Resource Pool (Float Pool). This role floats across inpatient units to support safe staffing and high-quality patient care.

You'll work days, nights, weekends, and holidays with a 10% float differential and opportunities for cross-training into specialty units. Successful candidates hold an RN license, BLS, and BSN compliance within four years.

Qualifications

• Strong adaptability, critical-thinking, and communication skills.
• Experience in Medical-Surgical nursing and/or multiple clinical areas is preferred.
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers required.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain a BSN within four years of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate, evidence-based nursing care across inpatient units.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care.
• Adapt quickly to different units, patient populations, and acuity levels.
• Collaborate with physicians, care managers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
