Resource Pool RNs provide coverage across days, nights, weekends and holidays, with a 10% float differential. Start in Medical-Surgical and explore cross‑training into specialty areas as you grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• BSN from an accredited institution; required as of 4/27/2025.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of start.
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience.
• Willingness to float across multiple units.
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate, evidence‑based nursing care across inpatient units.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care.
• Adapt quickly to different units, patient populations and acuity levels.
• Collaborate with physicians, care managers and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Educate patients and families to promote recovery and safe transitions of care.
