Qualifications

• BSN required or enrolled within 3 years of hire.
• Three (3) years full-time nursing experience, preferably in specialty nursing practice.
• RN license in Massachusetts (Board of Registration in Nursing).
• Certifications may include: BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS, TNCC as determined by department.

Responsabilités

• Oversee clinical operations of the department for a defined shift.
• Assist staff with patient care as needed.
• Will assume a patient assignment as necessary.
• Review department staffing for the current and next shift; make assignments.
• Provide direction and clinical oversight of colleagues during their shift.
• Lead department huddles and interdisciplinary rounds.
