• Three years of full‑time employment or equivalent in specialty nursing.
• RN license from Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing.
• Certifications may include BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS, TNCC.

Responsibilities

• Oversee department operations for a defined shift and allocate staff.
• Assist staff with patient care and assume patient assignments as needed.
• Review staffing for current and next shifts; assign accordingly.
• Provide direction and clinical oversight during shifts.
• Facilitate department readiness and participate in interdisciplinary rounds.
• Support continuous improvement and effective communication with the team.
