Job summary

Requirements include BSN, current NH RN license, 3 years in progressive care, leadership experience such as Charge Nurse, BLS, and specialty certification within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with active NH RN licensure.
• Minimum of three years of experience in progressive, intermediate, or critical care.
• Experience in a leadership role such as Charge Nurse or unit resource person.
• BLS or higher life-support certification required; specialty cert within six months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations, ensuring smooth patient flow and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Serve as the immediate clinical resource to staff on the unit and shift.
• Coordinate care delivery to maintain patient safety and quality outcomes.
• Mentor staff and support performance development under leadership guidance.
