Job summary

Elliot Hospital in Manchester, NH is seeking a RN Resource Nurse for the Fuller Unit on a full-time night schedule. The role provides immediate clinical support, guides staff, and participates in unit operations to ensure efficient patient care.

Qualified candidates will hold an RN license in NH (or a Compact state), have 2+ years of acute care experience, and be enrolled in a BSN program with a commitment form; BSN preferred with life-support (BLS) on file.

Qualifications

• ASN required with active enrollment in a BSN program.
• BSN enrollment with commitment form; BSN preferred.
• New Hampshire RN license or Compact license.
• BLS required for patient population.
• 2+ years of acute care experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and serves as an immediate clinical resource on the Fuller Unit.
• Provides guidance to staff and helps ensure efficient shift operations.
• Collaborates with the Clinical Nurse Manager on care delivery.
• Supports cost control through efficient use of personnel, materials, and equipment.
• Supports Shared Governance and quality improvement efforts.
