Elliot Health System is opening a new Adult Stepdown Unit. The Resource Nurse will oversee staff on a designated shift, provide direct patient care, and guide others in a high-acuity setting with telemetry monitoring.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience such as Charge Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Partners with Clinical Nurse Manager to support staffing, performance, and quality outcomes.
• Mentors staff and acts as shift resource for new graduates during their first year.
