Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of two years in acute care.
• Licensure: NH RN license required.
• Technical Certification: Life support (BLS/ACLS) required.
• Professional Certification: Specialty cert within six months of eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and serves as an immediate clinical resource to staff on a designated unit and shift.
• Ensures smooth real-time operations of the unit and adheres to practice standards.
• Coaches staff, guides clinical decisions, and supports patient care delivery.
• Acts as shift resource for new staff during their first year of employment.
