Qualifications

• ASN required with active enrollment in BSN program (BSN commitment form required).
• BSN enrollment requested; BSN preferred.
• Minimum of two years of current acute care experience.
• RN license in New Hampshire or Compact license.
• BLS appropriate to patient population.
• Specialty certification required within six months of eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and serves as a clinical resource to Fuller Unit staff.
• Assists staff with patient care and guides care delivery.
• Partner with Clinical Nurse Manager to control costs and ensure unit operations.
• Supports Shared Governance and quality improvement outcomes.
