Elliot Health System's Fuller Unit in Manchester, NH is seeking a Resource Nurse Leader to serve as an immediate clinical resource on the floor, guiding staff and ensuring efficient unit operations during 7p-7a shifts.

The role requires NH RN licensure, ASN with BSN in progress, and at least two years of acute care experience. BLS is required and specialty certification must be obtained within six months of eligibility.

Formación

• RN with active NH license or Compact License
• ASN degree required; BSN enrollment in progress with commitment form
• Minimum 2 years of acute care experience
• BLS certification maintained
• Specialty certification required within six months of eligibility

Responsabilidades

• Serve as an immediate clinical resource on Fuller Unit
• Guide staff and participate in care planning
• Collaborate with Clinical Nurse Manager and hospital committees
• Support cost-effective staffing and utilization of resources
• Contribute to quality improvement and governance initiatives
