Job summary

Fusion Community Empowerment Inc. is seeking a Program Support & Resource Coordinator to organize resources, client follow-ups, and documentation for our housing and program services in California. You will research and verify community resources, maintain the resource directory, and support the Housing Navigator and staff with data entry and reporting.

Qualifications

Comfortable with Google Workspace and spreadsheets.
Strong internet research skills and data-entry ability.
Experience with databases and project-management tools is helpful.

Responsibilities

Research community resources, housing opportunities, benefits, and services for clients.
Verify eligibility, deadlines, and contact information with organizations.
Maintain and regularly update the resource directory.
Provide research and administrative support to Housing Navigator and staff.
Organize client resources, referrals, follow-ups, and documentation.
Complete data entry and track program activities and reporting.
Use spreadsheets, shared drives, and online databases to organize information.
Identify new partners and resources throughout Los Angeles County.
Collaborate with a small team and adapt to changing priorities.
