Job summary

Plymouth Housing is seeking a Community Resource Navigator to support residents within a resident-focused, harm-reduction framework. You will contribute to housing stability through culturally proficient, trauma-informed practices and educational outreach on building operations.

The role emphasizes collaboration with staff, partners, and volunteers to foster safety, belonging, and community engagement within King County’s housing communities.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in human services field, preferably with low-income, diverse, homeless, and special needs populations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate events and activities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with residents, building staff, and partners to plan culturally relevant activities.
• Develop an activities calendar and oversee event planning and execution.
• Engage residents to participate in community-building initiatives.
• Assist new residents with orientation and integration into building routines.
• Arrange transportation and organize community bus services for residents.
• Support the well-being team by promoting safety and belonging.
