Job summary

Plymouth Housing is seeking a Community Resource Navigator to support residents in a team-based setting. You will focus on delivering high-quality, culturally proficient services aligned with our housing-first mission.

Responsibilities include coordinating events, orienting new residents, and fostering a safe, inclusive environment while collaborating with staff, partners, and volunteers to enhance community wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in human services, preferably with homeless populations.
• Experience coordinating events is desired.
• Trauma-informed care familiarity is preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with residents, staff, and partners to plan culturally relevant activities inside and outside the building.
• Develop and maintain an activities calendar and oversee events.
• Facilitate new resident orientation to promote welcoming acclimatization.
• Procure materials and supplies for events, including welcome baskets.
• Coordinate food distribution and transportation for resident groups.
• Maintain respectful relationships with tenants and document activities.
