Job summary

AP4 Technical Services is seeking a Resource Manager to recruit, assign, and mobilize field employees across projects. The role will own certification tracking, and serve as the main contact for assignments and pay, coordinating with Finance, HR, supply chain and project teams.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience with craft trades, field supervision, and a strong understanding of workforce metrics, with a preference for Atlanta-area residents in a remote-working setup.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years in construction, field services, or workforce coordination.
• Direct experience coordinating or supervising field employees on active projects.
• Degree in construction management, business, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own recruiting, requisitions, offers, screening and onboarding.
• Coordinate mobilization and demobilization with field leadership.
• Track availability, certifications, and grade progression across the workforce.
• Serve as primary point of contact for employees on assignments, mobilization, training and pay.
• Maintain training and certification records in AP4 systems.
