Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant dispatch or logistics experience.
• Proficient with mobile apps, email and scheduling software.
• Strong time management and negotiation skills.
• Multilingual preferred in some markets.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming calls and dispatch staff to locations.
• Prioritize projects and manage logistics according to urgency and importance.
• Relay information to employees, managers, labs and clients as appropriate.
• Maintain daily communication with field units to coordinate schedules.
• Dispatch safely following Terracon guidelines to protect employees.
• Communicate effectively with customers, employees and leaders.
• Use CMELMS and dashboards to allocate staff and balance workload.
• Perform other office duties and meet deadlines.
• Coordinate between regional offices to cover projects.
• Manage resource conflicts among employees, clients and leadership.
• Follow safety rules and report safety concerns to management.
• Be responsible for maintaining quality standards on projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
