Terracon is seeking an experienced dispatcher to determine the safest, most efficient way to dispatch employees and equipment to project sites. You will manage incoming service requests, coordinate with field units, and ensure resources are scheduled where needed while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role emphasizes strong communication, multitasking, and use of dashboards and scheduling tools to balance workload and support project stakeholders.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to use technology (mobile apps, email, scheduling software, etc.).
• Excellent time management and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Dispatch employees and/or equipment to project sites in the safest, most efficient way.
• Receive and manage service requests to dispatch appropriately trained staff.
• Coordinate between internal teams and field units to prioritize schedules.
• Maintain effective communication with customers, employees, and leaders.
• Use dashboards and scheduling tools to distribute staff and balance workload.
• Perform additional office duties as needed and meet deadlines.
• Ensure incident- and injury-free dispatch following Terracon guidelines.
