Terracon is seeking a Dispatcher to determine the safest, most efficient way to deploy employees and equipment to project sites. You will receive and manage service requests, dispatch staff with the right skills, and keep operations running smoothly.

In this role you will coordinate between field units, clients, and managers, balance workload using dashboards and CMELMS, and ensure safety and quality standards on every project.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of dispatch or related experience.
• Proficient with scheduling software and mobile apps.
• Strong time management and negotiation skills.
• Effective communication with staff and clients.
• Valid driver''s license may be required.

Aufgaben

• Answer and manage incoming calls and dispatch staff with appropriate skills.
• Prioritize projects and manage logistics (equipment/internal) by urgency.
• Relay information to employees, managers, labs and clients as appropriate.
• Coordinate with field units to prioritize schedules day-to-day.
• Dispatch in a safety-conscious manner per Terracon guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with customers, employees, and leaders.
• Use dashboards and tools to balance workload.
• Perform other office duties as needed to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate between regional offices to cover projects.
• Manage resource conflicts using negotiation strategies.
• Follow safety rules and report safety concerns.
• Maintain quality standards on all projects.
