Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a residential community. You will lead a property management team, drive leasing and revenue strategies, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.

You will manage budgets, review financial statements, supervise vendors, and coordinate with ownership on performance metrics to maximize occupancy and property value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of an apartment community, including team leadership and resource allocation.
• Set rent rates, ensure timely rent collection, post payments, and review monthly financials.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance, code charges, and coordinate with accounting and owners.
• Control expenditures within approved budgets and supervise maintenance and service teams.
• Oversee lease enforcement, applications, renewals, inspections, notices, and move-out processes.
• Conduct market analysis to inform marketing and leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and service requests promptly.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and appearance of property through regular inspections.
• Hire, train, and manage staff, and coordinate with owners on property performance.
