Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality by parking and retrieving guest vehicles, assisting with luggage, and ensuring a smooth arrival and departure process. You will greet guests warmly, provide directions, and support guests with inquiries while maintaining accuracy in ticketing and revenue collection.

The role requires a friendly, professional demeanor, the ability to read and communicate clearly in English, and the flexibility to work shifts

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required (state you are applying to).
• One month related experience and/or training, or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and maintain an attentive demeanor.
• Park and retrieve vehicles and assist guests with luggage as needed.
• Provide directions, information about facility amenities and local attractions.
• Explain parking rates and revenue collection; maintain ticketing accuracy.
• Follow Towne Park phone etiquette and maintain professional interaction with guests and colleagues.
