Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality and assist with parking and luggage handling for arriving and departing guests. You will greet guests, help with directions, taxis and local information, and ensure safe vehicle movement and efficient service.

The role emphasizes friendly, professional interactions, accurate handling of keys and folios, and adherence to Towne Park etiquette and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Licensure: Valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work (or within commutable distance).
• Work Experience: One month related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Ability to read and write standard English.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to present information in one-on-one and small group settings.
• Ability to add/subtract three-digit numbers and work with money.
• Ability to understand 24-hour and military time systems.
• Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable.
• Perform parallel parking

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality services in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles promptly and safely; assist with luggage where applicable.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and local amenities.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; manage keys and claim checks.
• Maintain professional demeanor with guests, co-workers and clients.
