Lake Lawn Resort seeks an experienced Spa Manager to lead the Spa & Wellness operations and guest experience at our Delavan, Wisconsin property. You will oversee service quality, staff development, inventory, and financial controls in a fast-paced resort environment.

Qualifications

• Previous Spa Manager or hospitality management experience preferred.
• Experience managing a hotel/resort spa or similar guest-service operation preferred.
• Strong leadership to recruit, train, schedule, coach, and develop staff.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of spa operations, treatments, products, and guest service standards.
• Experience with inventory, purchasing, cash handling, payroll, budgeting, and labor forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Spa operations, ensuring guest service, treatment quality, cleanliness, and resort standards.
• Lead, train, coach, schedule, and develop Spa team members within budget.
• Recruit and interview Spa staff and address performance per policy.
• Maintain Spa procedures, safety, training requirements, and service standards.
• Monitor spa inventory, purchasing, cash handling, and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with Sales/Events to promote Spa services for conferences and groups.
