Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, reservations, or call center preferred.
• Experience with property management systems (Springer Miller a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Strong communication and phone skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist guests with reservations and inquiries.
• Book guest rooms, spa services, golf tee times, dining, and activities.
• Provide accurate information on rates, packages, and resort amenities.
• Enter and manage reservations in the property management system.
• Handle reservations via phone, email, and other channels.
• Process group bookings and rooming lists.
• Assist with special requests and coordinate with front desk and operations teams.
• Utilize upselling techniques to enhance guest bookings.
• Process gift certificates and administrative tasks (labels, mailings, etc.).
• Provide directions and exceptional customer service.
