Qualifications

• Experience leading spa or wellness operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Spa operations ensuring exceptional guest service and treatment quality.
• Lead, train, schedule, and develop Spa team while maintaining appropriate staffing and budget.
• Recruit and interview Spa staff and address performance per company policies.
• Maintain spa procedures, opening/closing, safety, and training standards.
• Stay updated on spa and hospitality trends to support new services.
