Qualifications

• Strong customer service background.
• Two years of hotel or retail experience with high customer contact preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and document visitors entering the property.
• Act as first responder to accidents and administer basic first aid if needed.
• Patrol the resort to ensure safety of guests, employees, and assets.
• Identify and engage suspicious persons while minimizing liability.
• Dispatch calls and coordinate with emergency services when required.
