Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated is seeking a Security Officer to help ensure guest and employee safety, deter crime, and respond to incidents on property. The role emphasizes approachable, friendly, and guest-focused service with first-responder responsibilities in emergencies.

The position requires a 21+ age threshold, a valid driver’s license, and First Aid/CPR/AED certification, with prior security or hospitality experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• First Aid, CPR and AED certification required and maintained.
• Minimum 6 months security experience with high guest contact.
• Two years of hotel or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, provide guidance, document visitors, and direct them to destinations.
• Serve as first responder to accidents, administer first aid, and notify emergency services when needed.
• Patrol the resort to ensure safety and security, address hazards, and follow emergency procedures.
• Identify and engage suspicious persons while limiting liability.
