Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior law enforcement, security, EMS, fire and safety, or military preferred.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the entire resort and all properties.
• Secure all doors, windows, and property, including parking areas.
• Investigate guest and employee complaints and injuries.
• Monitor resort surveillance cameras.
• Prepare reports and patrol logs.
• Coordinate with police, fire and EMS as needed.
• Ensure OSHA safety compliance and enforce resort policies.
• Provide accurate information to guests about the resort and local area.
• Display calm, professional problem-solving in difficult situations.
