This full-time, year-round position offers a pathway to contribute to our memorable guest experiences and uphold the Dollywood standard of hospitality.

The ideal candidate is at least 18 years old, with hospitality experience preferred, and able to pass a background check and drug screen.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous experience in a hospitality environment strongly preferred.
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screen.

Aufgaben

• Properly cleans and supplies all assigned guest rooms and other areas as designed according to standards.
• Maintains a clean and neat work space at all times.
• Replaces guest room amenities and linens as necessary.
• Reports all maintenance issues to room inspector.
• Keeps housekeeping cart stocked appropriately and clean.
• Assists with special projects when assigned.
• Reports and delivers lost and found items to the Housekeeping Office.
• Aids guests in a friendly, genuine and courteous manner.
• Completes deep cleans of guest rooms when assigned.
• Keeps vacuum bags and filters changed regularly, and reports any damage to maintenance.
• Assists with maintaining cleanliness of public areas and back of house areas.
