Job summary

The Dollywood Company is seeking a Front Desk Host at Dollywood's DreamMore Resort & Spa for a part-time seasonal role in Pigeon Forge. You will assist guests during check-in/check-out and provide personalized customer service with a friendly, professional attitude.

Responsibilities include guest registration, data entry, handling inquiries, and coordinating with Conference Planning as needed. Ideal candidates have front desk or hospitality experience and can pass required screenings.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Six months front desk experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typing test pass (25 wpm or greater).
• Background check and pre-employment drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a friendly, upbeat manner and ensure a great stay.
• Register and check guests in/out of the resort.
• Handle billing questions and cash/credit transactions.
• Maintain front lobby area and assist with conference/resort services.
• Answer main desk calls promptly and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff.
