The Dollywood Company is seeking a Bell & Valet Attendant at Dollywood's DreamMore Resort & Spa in Pigeon Forge, TN. The role supports guests with transportation needs and provides proactive hospitality to enhance stays.

You will assist with luggage, open doors, and direct guests while maintaining safety and service standards. Responsibilities include greeting guests, helping with vehicle parking, and guiding guests to rooms and conference facilities.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic employment skills in clerical, service, or manual areas.
• Basic computer knowledge and usage preferred.
• Customer Service experience required.
• Must have valid driver’s license, proof of auto liability insurance and acceptable motor vehicle driving record.
• Offers of employment contingent upon satisfactory background screening including criminal history and motor vehicle record check.

Responsabilidades

• Greets guests in an upbeat and positive manner, using guests’ name where possible and recognizing VIP guests.
• Opens car doors for guests arriving or departing; assists with luggage.
• Opens front doors for arriving/departing individuals and greets appropriately.
• Familiarizes guests with their room and conference center; assists with luggage.
• Personalizes guest interactions while providing directions or assistance to in-house guests.
• Delivers messages, packages and amenities promptly and accurately.
• Maintains an orderly luggage storage room, lobby and front entrance.
• Remains in the lobby ready to assist guests and co-workers with requests or concerns.
