Job summary

The Dollywood Company is seeking a Laundry Attendant Lead at Dollywood's DreamMore Resort & Spa in Pigeon Forge, TN. This full-time year-round role leads the laundry team, coordinates linen delivery and pickup, and ensures guests experience clean linens and smooth service.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 6–12 months of laundry experience, pass background checks, and maintain professional appearance and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Six to 12 months previous commercial laundry experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance where required.

Responsibilities

• Keeps Laundry Attendants and Drivers focused on work and maintains productivity.
• Operates washers, dryers, and folding machines safely.
• Loads/unloads machines; operates folders and other laundry equipment.
• Cleans machines and surrounding areas; maintains a clean work area.
• Supports laundry operations and alerts manager when equipment malfunctions.
• Lifts and moves linen carts; participates in monthly linen inventory.
• Maintains teamwork and flexibility with schedule.
