Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Head Golf Professional for Big Cedar Lodge in Ridgedale, MO. The role oversees the Pro Shop, snack bar, driving range, and cart fleet while promoting golf through events and instruction.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, teaching golf, and ensuring compliance with course rules. A PGA member with leadership experience is preferred; a Class A track is desirable. This is a full-time, on-site position with attractive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent.
• Valid membership in the PGA.
• Work toward Class A certification is desired.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and managerial supervision of the Pro Shop, snack bar, driving range, and cart fleet.
• Organize events and provide golf instruction to guests.
• Instruct and assist with workshops at various locations as needed.
• Maintain golf operations procedures and ensure etiquette and safety.
• Lead and train staff; supervise subordinates and enforce rules.
