Job summary

Massanutten Resort is seeking a Condo Maintenance technician to perform skilled maintenance and repairs on resort timeshare and hotel units. The role requires painting, drywall, plumbing, carpentry, and related tasks with a safety-conscious approach.

Hard work and reliability are essential, with training provided if needed. This full-time position includes benefits and year-round work on-site at Massanutten Resort.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Willingness to be trained and perform other duties as assigned.
• Ability to start tasks independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repairs, painting, drywall, plumbing, carpentry on resort timeshare and hotel units.
• Replace components and maintain a safe environment.
• Use basic hand tools to complete tasks.
• Work in a team or independently as needed.
• Complete daily reports and logs; report new issues to supervisor.
