Job summary

Brasstown Valley Resort is seeking a friendly Reservation Agent to join our front desk team for the PM shift. You will assist guests with reservations, share information about the resort, and process cancellations or changes while delivering outstanding service.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with reservation software is a plus, and training will be provided for new systems.

Qualifications
