Job summary

Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa is seeking a Front Desk Agent for the PM shift (part-time). You will be the first and last friendly face guests see, handling check-ins/outs, reservations, and guest requests to ensure memorable mountain experiences.

Qualifications

• Prior front desk or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

About the Role

As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll be the first smile guests see when they arrive and the friendly face they remember when they leave. You’ll help create incredible stays by delivering outstanding service, assisting with reservations, answering questions, and ensuring each guest feels genuinely welcomed.

What We’re Looking For

• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
• Friendly personality with strong communication skills
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
• Comfortable using computers and handling multiple tasks
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
• Ability to work 1:00pm-9:00pm and 3:00pm-11:00pm
• Must have availability to work weekends
