Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge is seeking a Prep/ Pantry Cook to deliver high-quality hospitality in a fast-paced kitchen. The role involves prep work, food preparation, and supporting multiple restaurant outlets with strict sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum one year of cook experience in a similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation and sanitation practices.
• Ability to operate POS and Kitchen Display System.
• Must be flexible regarding scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must obtain local/state food handling permits and ServSafe certification as required.
• Criminal background check and drug screen are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and follow department procedures; complete daily logs and quality checks.
• Prepare food for all fruits, vegetables, meats, poultry, fish, etc.
• Perform prep work to support all restaurants and banquets.
• Stock and portion food according to recipes and standards.
• Assist in stocking supplies and maintain sanitation in kitchen and storage areas.
• Ensure safe operation of equipment and report maintenance needs.
• End-of-shift checkout with culinary leadership.
