Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge in Garden Grove, CA is seeking a Prep/Pantry Cook to join a fast-paced culinary team. You will prepare food to high standards, support multiple restaurant outlets, and help ensure timely guest service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of cook experience.
• Knowledge of food preparation and sanitation standards.
• Ability to operate POS and Kitchen Display System.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must obtain local/state food handling permits and ServSafe certification as required.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and follow department operating procedures; complete daily logs and charts.
• Ensure compliance with food-handling and sanitation regulations.
• Prepare food for all fruits, vegetables, meats, poultry, fish, etc.
• Perform prep work to support all restaurants; follow recipes and standards.
• Assist Buffet and Banquet operations and prep as per production lists.
• Stock and manage supplies; keep equipment clean and in good condition.
