Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge in Colorado Springs is seeking a Prep/Pantry Cook to deliver high-quality hospitality in a fast-paced environment. You will prep foods for all outlets and banquets, following recipe cards, and maintain sanitation throughout the kitchen.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of cook experience in a similar environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of food preparation and sanitation.
• Ability to work with POS and Kitchen Display System.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and follow all department operating procedures; complete daily temperature, cleaning, line check, and waste logs.
• Ensure compliance with food-handling and sanitation regulations.
• Prepare food items for fruits, vegetables, meats, poultry, fish, etc. used in restaurants and banquets.
• Prep work to support all restaurants; produce food according to recipes and standards.
• Support Buffet and Banquet operations; prep based on production lists and BEOs.
• Work Pantry and/or Dessert Station in various dining formats; manage multiple orders efficiently.
• Prepare items per recipe guidelines; adjust for flavor with supervisor guidance.
