Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge is hiring a Restaurant Line Cook who will prepare foods per recipe and maintain high sanitation standards in a fast-paced kitchen. You will contribute across stations, manage multiple orders, and support the culinary team to deliver quality meals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of cook experience in a similar environment.
• Knowledge of food preparation and sanitation to ensure a clean kitchen.
• Ability to use POS and Kitchen Display System.
• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to obtain local/state food handling permits and ServSafe certification.
• Background check and drug screen completed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and execute recipes to standard.
• Maintain sanitation and safe food handling practices.
• Cook items across Stations: Pantry, Fryer, Broiler, Sauté, Dessert.
• Execute orders accurately and promptly with supervision.
• Assist with shift prep, restocking, and end-of-shift cleaning.
