Great Wolf Lodge is seeking a Restaurant Line Cook to join a fast-paced, guest-focused kitchen. You will prepare ingredients per recipes, ensure meal quality, and collaborate with the executive chef to meet guest expectations.

We are hiring immediately with full-time, part-time, and flexible scheduling. The role offers competitive pay of $22.50 per hour, plus benefits such as health insurance, 401K with employer match, paid time off, and other perks.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years of previous cook experience in a similar environment.
• Knowledge of food preparation and sanitation.
• Ability to work with POS and Kitchen Display System.
• Flexibility with scheduling including nights/weekends/holidays.
• Must obtain local/state food handling permits and ServSafe certification.
• Criminal background check and drug screen required.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and follow department procedures; complete daily temperature and cleaning logs.
• Ensure compliance with food-handling and sanitation regulations.
• Prepare food items per recipe guidelines; assist with flavor adjustments.
• Execute orders promptly while handling multiple orders.
• Coordinate with Main Kitchen Cook for prep, restocking, and end-of-shift tasks.
• Support in stocking food and supplies; monitor inventory levels.
• Maintain clean and sanitary work areas and equipment.
