Great Wolf Lodge is seeking a Prep/ Pantry Cook in Maryland (Perryville) to prepare food for guests across all outlets. You’ll follow recipe standards, manage prep for multiple stations, and assist in buffet/banquet operations. Strong sanitation and POS/KDS fluency are required.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Minimum one year of cook experience in a similar environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of food preparation and sanitation.
• Ability to use POS and KDS.
• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to obtain local/state food handling permits and ServSafe certification.
• Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen.

Mansioni

• Maintain and follow all department operating procedures; complete daily temperature, cleaning, line, and waste logs.
• Ensure compliance with food-handling and sanitation regulations.
• Prepare food for all fruits, vegetables, meats, etc. used in all restaurants and banquets.
• Perform prep work to support all restaurants; produce food according to recipe and standards.
• Support Buffet/Banquet operations; prep per production list/BEOs and forecasted business levels.
• Work Pantry or Dessert Station in restaurants.
• Prepare orders according to guest preference; multitask on multiple orders.
