Job summary

Wilderness-Hotel-and-Resort-In is seeking a supervisor to manage Room Attendants, Housemen and Inspectors. You will ensure assigned areas are cleaned to standard and coordinate with the Housekeeping Manager on maintenance and staffing needs.

The role requires strong leadership, independence and a focus on safety and efficiency in a resort environment. On-site work with potential for shift-based hours and strict attendance expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Valid Tennessee Driver’s License or ability to obtain one within 30 days.
• Ability to supervise and train staff in housekeeping tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Room Attendants, Room Inspector and Houseman staff.
• Oversee activities and ensure cleanliness of cabins, villas and common areas.
• Spot inspect rooms for cleanliness, supplies and maintenance needs.
• Communicate maintenance work orders to the Housekeeping Manager.
• Ensure turnover of vacant rooms and stayover reports alignment.
