Job summary

Villatel seeks a Director of Housekeeping to lead a goal-oriented resort housekeeping department, creating a team environment that is productive, rewarding, and aligned with guest satisfaction. You will set standards, coach staff, and collaborate with resort leadership to meet quality and service goals.

You will analyze data, manage budgets and quality systems, hire and train, and ensure compliance across properties.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hospitality management experience.
• Willing to relocate for promotion opportunities.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in languages other than English (a plus).

Responsibilities

• Lead a goal-oriented resort housekeeping department to create a productive, rewarding team environment.
• Recruit, train, develop, and assign team members.
• Perform daily inspections and coach staff to improve service quality.
• Collaborate with resort and company leadership to set expectations and goals.
