Job summary

Hawks Cay Resort seeks an experienced leader to oversee villa and condo operations within the resort program in Marathon, FL. You will curate villa operations, ensuring units are well-maintained, presented, and operated to Hawks Cay standards.

You will partner with Sales, Reservations, Rooms, Housekeeping, Engineering and other departments to maximize villa performance, owner satisfaction, and resort profitability while supporting rental sales strategies and occupancy initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, real estate or related field preferred.
• Experience in resort, hotel, condo, villa or luxury hospitality operations.
• Sales and revenue-management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational performance of villas and condo units within the resort program.
• Act as primary curator of villa operations ensuring units are maintained and presented to standard.
• Collaborate with Sales, Reservations, Rooms, Housekeeping, Engineering and others to maximize performance.
• Support villa rental sales strategies, inventory management and occupancy initiatives.
• Monitor villa readiness, maintenance and guest experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve villa profitability and efficiency.
