CoralTree Hospitality Group in Snowmass Village, CO, seeks a seasoned leader to direct the Villas Maintenance and Housekeeping departments at the 78‑residence Villas at Snowmass Club. You will oversee daily operations, staffing, preventive maintenance, and guest readiness, reporting to the General Manager and serving as MOD in GM's absence.

The role requires 3–5 years in resort/property operations, strong leadership, knowledge of building systems, and vendor management.

Formación

• 3–5 years in resort, condo, or property operations with leadership experience.
• Knowledge of building systems, safety, and quality assurance.
• Ability to manage staff, budgets, and vendor invoices.
• Strong communication with owners and guests, and emergency readiness.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and supervise both Maintenance and Housekeeping teams and scheduling.
• Coordinate daily activities, priorities, inspections, and guest readiness.
• Oversee billing decisions, labor, materials, and vendor invoices.
• Provide status updates to Operations Coordinator for owners and Breezeway.
• Inspect systems and buildings; arrange certified contractors when needed.
• Lead Residence Protection, rental-unit presentation, and inventory control.
• Manage third-party vendors and support capital projects.
• Act as Manager on Duty in GM's absence and handle emergencies.
• Maintain budgets, forecasts, and after-hours coverage.
