Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide offers a Management Development Program at U.S. based resorts, including the East Region in Hilton Head Island, SC.

The 12-month, non-exempt program rotates through Front Office, Housekeeping, Recreation, Safety & Security, Food & Beverage and Facilities to build leadership and hospitality expertise with a dedicated mentor. Candidates must earn a bachelor’s degree by start; preferred Hospitality/Hotel/Restaurant Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree must be earned by the start of the program.
• Preferred degree in Hospitality or Hotel/Restaurant Management.
• Business and Hospitality minor will also be considered.
• Prior hospitality or resort operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Front Office, Housekeeping, Recreation, Safety & Security, Food & Beverage and Facilities.
• Develop leadership and hospitality skills through practical work experience.
• Partner with a mentor/sponsor to navigate the program.
