Formación

• Candidate must earn a bachelor’s degree by the time they begin the program.
• Preferred degree in Hospitality or Hotel/Restaurant Management.
• Recent graduates within the current semester or up to two years post-graduation.
• Prior hospitality or resort operations experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• 12-month program rotating through multiple departments to gain broad resort operations exposure.
• Develop and demonstrate leadership, management, and hospitality skills.
• Partner with a mentor/sponsor to navigate the program.
