Express Employment Professionals of Wenatchee is recruiting an Operations Manager for a 100+ unit condominium resort in Manson, WA. The role oversees daily operations, guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk activities, with weekend hours required.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or resort leadership experience.
• Experience supervising multiple departments or managers.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable using computer systems and property management software.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, positive attitude with servant-leadership mindset.
• Available to work Fridays and Sundays year-round.

Responsibilities

• Leading and supporting department managers and front desk staff.
• Coordinating housekeeping and maintenance to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Managing work orders and preventative maintenance programs.
• Ensuring guest rooms and resort facilities meet high-quality standards.
• Supporting and monitoring contracted housekeeping services.
• Coaching, training, and developing team members.
• Utilizing the property management system to track operations and performance.
• Solving operational challenges while maintaining outstanding guest service.
• Creating a positive, professional, and productive work environment.
• Collaborating with leadership to continually improve resort operations.
