Job summary

Bonaventure Senior Living in East Wenatchee, WA seeks a Resident Services Manager to support the Executive Director in leading our senior living community to success. The ideal candidate is organized, with strong time management and prioritization skills, and has experience in sales, marketing, and business office duties to deliver first-class service.

Responsibilities include supervising departments, census development, compliance, HR tasks, and ensuring resident satisfaction while advancing

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple departments (reception, activities, maintenance, housekeeping).
• Proven track record in sales and revenue/expense management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in Assisted Living, Independent Living, or Memory Care preferred.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision and financial oversight of Reception, Activities, Maintenance and Housekeeping Departments and their success.
• Employee hiring, training, satisfaction, and retention.
• Human resources and business office duties.
• Census development.
• Compliance with state regulations.
• Always ensuring resident & family satisfaction.
• Promote, direct, and engage staff toward Bonaventure Senior Living's Mission and Value Statement.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the community.
