Qualifications

• Experience in RV or manufactured home communities preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest and resident service to ensure a great experience.
• Manage property resources, assets, buildings and amenities.
• Conduct marketing activities to attract new customers.
• Hire, train and manage resort staff.
• Prepare and analyze the resort’s operating budget.
• Maximize property profitability and maintain cleanliness.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to attract new guests.
