Job summary

Kerzner International’s One&Only Moonlight Basin is seeking a Resort Manager to oversee daily operations and provide strategic direction across departments. You will lead a large team, manage budgets, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a luxury Montana setting.

The role requires a bachelor’s in hotel management, 5+ years in senior hotel leadership, and strong English communication skills. US experience is essential; cross-functional collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Hotel & Business Management.
• Proven experience as Hotel Manager or relevant senior leadership role, minimum of 5 years, large volume.
• Strong working experience in the United States is required; international experience is a plus.
• Strong background in F&B plus experience in hotel operations.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken; other languages are a plus.
• Strong decision making and problem solving abilities.
• Business mindset in planning, organizing and analyzing figures and market.
• Proficient with Opera, Micros, and other standard hotel software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily resort operations and provide strategic direction for all departments.
• Set objectives for departments including F&B, Events, Rooms, Spa and Facilities.
• Manage budgets, analyze financial data and monitor profit and sales.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on strategy to promote hotel services.
• Engage with guests, address concerns and provide solutions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and licensing regulations.
• Lead and develop a large, diverse workforce to achieve targets.
• Maintain high service standards and drive guest satisfaction.
• Monitor quality management and continuous improvement.
